CONFERENCE REPORT OF WSO 2022
The World Symposium on Orthopaedics (WSO 2022), which took place on Dec. 9th-11th at InterContinental Singapore in a hybrid format has come to an end with success.
The conference was hosted by LMSII, and operated by Amazing Congress Co. LTD and VOW Congress Inc. There were 33 renowned guests from 15 countries who gave moving speeches, including Dr. W S El Masri, Professor of Keele University; Past President of International Spinal Cord Society, UK; Dr. Jia-Kuo Yu, Professor of Peking University Third Hospital, China; Dr. Gabor Major, Director of Rheumatology, Bone & Joint Institute, Hunter New England Health Service, Australia; Dr. Ronald P. Silverman, Senior Vice President and Chief Medical Officer, 3M Health Care, USA; Dr. Carmen L.A.Vleggeert-Lankamp, Director, Leiden University Medical Center; President Elect Cervical Spine Research Society Europe, the Netherlands among others. Following the Plenary Forum, there were 6 sessions, including “Knee and Ankle”, “Hip and Injury”, “Arm and Wrist”, “Skeletal Muscle and Muscle Synergies”, “Orthopedics Surgery and Trials”, “Knee” are some of the topics covered. During the conference, all participants had in-depth discussions and communications exchanged positive experiences and practices, as well as spurred new ideas and opinions. Conferences such as WSO 2022 are a valuable way to discuss ideas and explore new research and techniques. It also aids in the development of fresh ideas for ongoing research. As a result, more collaboration and network building are encouraged. In the near future, we have more great conferences coming up, for example, WSO 2024, which will take place in Tokyo, Japan on Jan. 16th-18th, 2024.
